The simple, yet powerful, splender of pickled red onions. These bright pink nuggets of goodness are perfect to top a salad, sandwich, omelet, or really anything. They have a burst of flavor and color that level up your dish. The best part? They can be made using 2 ingredients in less than 2 minutes.

Ingredients

1 red onion thinly sliced

White wine vinegar (enough to color the onions

Directions

Slice the red onion thinly. Place in a jar with an air-tight lid. Cover the onions in white wine vinegar. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. You can tell onions are done when they turn Barbie pink. They can last in the refrigerator for months.
